The challenge
Kairos had a genuinely good product and almost no pipeline. Outbound wasn't converting, the website read like a feature list, and nobody outside their existing network had heard of them.

We rebuilt the positioning around the one problem Kairos solved better than anyone, then built an SEO and content engine around the exact questions their buyers were already typing into Google.
