A rebrand and product design system for a pan-European payments platform moving from legacy banking aesthetics to something people might actually trust on their phone.
The challenge
NORDA had outgrown its original identity. The brand still looked like a 2016 fintech startup, while the product had matured into infrastructure that banks and merchants depend on daily. Trust, not novelty, was now the job.

We rebuilt the identity around clarity and restraint — a mark that reads as stable at any size, a type system built for dense financial data, and a component library the internal product team could actually maintain.
