An end-to-end website and booking experience for a boutique hotel group, built to feel like the stay itself — calm, considered, and fast on a hotel wifi connection.
The challenge
Velora's five properties each had their own outdated micro-site, none of them mobile-friendly, all of them losing direct bookings to OTAs that took an 18% cut on every reservation.
What we did
One unified platform across all five properties, a booking flow that takes under 90 seconds, and a content system the on-site teams could update themselves without calling a developer.
